Our Policy

We ask that all "fixtures" be already installed before final measurements are made. Accessories such as sinks, stove tops, faucets, dishwashers, and other related hardware should be at the job location prior to the measurements.

After obtaining precise measurements, we will provide you with a final price quote and a contract is signed as a legal agreement between Hard Rock Fabricators and the client. Specials may apply and will be discussed at the time of the measuring.

A 50% deposit is required to begin all work. The remaining balance is due when all products have been installed and all work is complete. After the job is finished and payment received, a final contract is signed exemplifying that the completed job is satisfactory. Our job is not complete until we have complete customer satisfaction.
